February 10th, 2023

 Hello Grade 3 families, 

This week we began our literacy centres by identifying prefixes and suffixes and creating words. 

In Mathematics, we have built on our abilities to represent multiplication with equal groups, repeated addition and arrays. We continue to practice our multiplication fluency up to 9x9. 


Notes for Next Week:

Tuesday, February 14th- Valentines card exchange (optional)

Wednesday, February 15th- Library Book Exchange

Thursday February 16th-No School (Teacher's Convention)

Friday February 17th-No School (Teacher's Convention)


The grade 3 classes are still hopeful we will be able to head out on a community walk on the afternoon of Thursday, February 23rd. We require 1-2 parent volunteers for this walk. If you are available to join us please email me.
